Return Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfy with the dip powder, you may return it for a refund, a credit on your account, or an exchange for another item of the same price.
Only dip powder is returnable and can be returned within 10 days of delivery date.
All liquids for the dipping powder and any other liquids are nonreturnable due to safety and hygiene purposes.
Please keep in mind these important points when returning the dip powder.
It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure the contents of all refunded packages using a traceable shipping method. Contact us at info@cachetdp.com for further information to complete the return.
Return Requirements:
- Return of dip powder must be authorized to be returned. Send us an email at info@cachetdp.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- We will refuse acceptance and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside the box.
- There is a 25% restocking & repackaging fee deducted from refund amount.
- Dip powder should be:
- Returned within 10 days of delivery date
- Same condition as customer received it
- In original packaging with any appropriate parts and accessories
- Unused and received in saleable condition
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box as well as on a copy of the original receipt. Then place the receipt inside the shipment box.
- All returns of dip powder will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
- It is the customer's responsibility to make claim with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damaged to shipment returned to us.
- All liquids are nonreturnable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statements within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sales, nonreturnable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cachetdp for further information to complete the exchange.
